IROCARE is a Liposomal iron that significantly increases hemoglobin, ferritin levels in pregnant women as well as in women with iron deficiency as suggested from clinical evidence. Use of lower doses of liposomal iron was effective in comparison to usual doses of ferrous sulphate. This is helpful in reducing GI adverse effects associated with non-capsulated conventional oral iron.
